The Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority-held Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC) oversees project development. Thus, all facilities being built on the island comply with the master plan approved by this company.
Among the most interesting projects, it is worth highlighting Mamsha Al Saadiyat - a complex of residences, from one-bedroom apartments to spacious lofts and townhouses.
