Ghantoot area is the place, which still keeps it’s natural environment. Located within the emirate of Abu Dhabi, approximately equidistant between Dubai and Abu Dhabi cities, the area surrounded by the trees and greenery and looks different from other regions of the United Arab Emirates.

Due to its location, the area connected well enough to Abu Dhabi and Dubai. It takes only 40 minutes to get to Dubai International Airport, and 50 minutes - to Abu Dhabi International Airport, so it is very easy to get in and out.

Due to its geographical location the island has a subtropical arid climate with almost year round sunshine, short rainy season and comfortable winter temperatures, which can vary from a low of around 13C on a winter's night, to a high up to 50 C on a summer's day.
