About the project

Hudayriyat Island is an exclusive mega project, located in the southwestern part of Abu Dhabi on Al Hudayriat Island. The author of the upcoming community is Modon Properties, who is known for projects such as Jubail Mangrove Park, Hudayriyat Mar Vista, FISH MARKET —Abu Dhabi, The Courtyard Mall and many more.

Hudayriyat Central will be the first cluster on Hudayriyat Island, and will become home to over 45K people. The area of the cluster is about 34M sq. ft, and Hudayriyat Central will offer elegant 4–7 bedroom villas to those wishing to enjoy a resort-like living close to the capital. The first phase will consist of four residential complexes with thoughtful designs and high-end amenities.

Sunset Cliff Villas is a luxurious collection of 6-bedroom mansions with direct access to a white sandy beach on the coast of the Arabian Gulf. The total number of mansions in this community will be 15.

Hudayriyat Hills consists of the East Hill and West Hill Communities. Among the units on offer are 4–7 bedroom villas in Southern Californian, Aegean or Contemporary styles.

Sahl Villa Community offers 5-bedroom villas in a Southern Californian Modern design.

Quays Villas is a waterfront development offering 4–6 bedroom villas with private moorings. Residences in the Contemporary style will adopt a neo-bauhaus aesthetic and include clean rectilinear lines, cool colours and exude understated luxury.

Villa layouts will include additional spaces, such as show and preparatory kitchens, garages, maid’s rooms and laundry rooms. Certain residences will also come with a home office, family and play rooms, a majlis, and a driver's room.

Al Hudayriat Island, which is connected with Abu Dhabi mainland via the Hudayriyat Bridge. Within a 30-minute drive you will reach Yas Island, Saadiyat Island and Abu Dhabi International Airport.

The iconic sights of Abu Dhabi, including Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Qasr Al Watan, are within a 15-minute drive. Umm Al Emarat Park, Al Khaleej Al Arabi Park 1, Al Zafranah Park and Eastern Mangrove National Park are the closest parks to the development.
