Bashayer Final Phase is the final residential release within Hudayriyat Central, the waterfront community developed by Modon on Hudayriyat Island, Abu Dhabi. The release follows the complete sell-out of the first Bashayer phase — 157 villas and 330 apartments — within one day of its December 2025 launch, generating AED 3 billion in sales, per Modon's official announcement (10 December 2025). The Final Phase introduces low-rise G+5 terrace buildings alongside a new townhome typology, comprising 1BR, 2BR and 3BR apartments, 4BR penthouses, and 2BR and 4BR townhomes (G+1), all positioned along a 3.5km waterfront promenade.

Bashayer's design draws on Europe's coastal villages, expressed at Hudayriyat Central through walkable piers extending into the water, a linear park connecting the neighbourhood, and rooftop sunset seating areas framing views across the waterfront.
