About Reportage Properties

Reportage Properties is an Abu Dhabi-based real estate development company led by CEO, Islam Ahmed Suleiman, an experienced entrepreneur from Abu Dhabi. Since its inception in 2014, the company has grown to become one of the largest, most renowned and trusted private developers in the UAE with dozens of projects in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Reportage Properties has earned a solid reputation among buyers and investors for its innovative approach to buying and selling and offering affordable housing solutions to the public.

The very first project of Reportage Properties was the Leonardo Residences in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, which was successfully handed over in 2018. The project was a huge success and was completely sold out in record-breaking time – 93% of all apartments were reserved within the first day after the official groundbreaking ceremony that was held on 10th April 2016. This is a perfect example of how the company is capable of creating profitable and marketable property and delivering its projects on time.

To date, Reportage Properties is actively developing 11 projects with more than 5,000 property units across the UAE – 7 in Abu Dhabi, including Masdar City, Al Raha Beach, Al Maryah Island and Yas Island, and another 4 developments in Dubai.

According to the company's CEO Islam Ahmed Suleiman, Reportage Properties has achieved a number of sales equating to more than AED 500 million since the beginning of 2021 compared to AED 165 million in the same period of 2020. Sales during the first quarter of 2021 amounted to AED 369 million compared to AED 132 million during the first quarter of 2020, with a growth rate of 180%. In 2020, the number of sales totalled AED 812 million, which is 125% more than in 2019.

The CEO also stated that such impressive sales results despite the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, reflects on the company's strong performance and the attractiveness of its projects, as well as the robustness and stability in the UAE real estate sector.

The Reportage Properties current development projects underway in Abu Dhabi include Al Maryah Vista, Al Raha Lofts 1, Al Raha Lofts 2, Diva, The Gate, Oasis Residence 1and Oasis Residence 2. The ongoing projects in Dubai are the Alexis Tower, Rukan Tower, Rukan Lofts 1, and Rukan Lofts 2.

Al Maryah Island

Al Maryah Island is located in the northeastern part of Abu Dhabi. The center of the region is Sowwah Square, which has 40 firms and many business towers. This functional development combines work, retail, entertainment and paid work. This location still allows residents to get to Abu Dhabi International Airport in less than thirty minutes.

Al Reem Island

Al Reem Island is a natural island located about 600 meters off the north-eastern coast of Abu Dhabi. It's a mixed community with both residential, retail and commercial units and business projects. Spanning 6.5 million square meters and with investment costs amounting to $30 billion, the project has become among the renowned international projects, being one of the first free zones in Abu Dhabi, and gained the highest level of international interest, since properties in the area are open for foreign nationals for buying or leasehold.

Al Raha Beach

Al Raha Beach is part of the Abu Dhabi district of the same name, and covers an area of 6 miles along the shoreline and is adjacent to the new residential neighbourhood of Khalifa City A.

Corniche Road

Corniche Road is a coastal area located in the northwestern part of Abu Dhabi, which stretches along 5.5mi of coastline. It is the home of the famous Corniche Embankment, which is one of the most popular tourist areas in the emirate. It offers a wide range of entertainment options and outdoor activities for visitors and residents. The Corniche Road area is close to the city centre and other popular districts, such as Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, and Al Khalidiya, which offer plenty of leisure facilities and cultural centres.

Zayed City

Formerly known as Abu Dhabi Capital District, Zayed City (Khalifa City C) is the new project that will be built between Mohammed Bin Zayed City and Abu Dhabi International Airport. It will be a key centrepiece in the Plan 2030. Featuring a fully integrated transport system, the area will be served by high-speed rail service, regional rail connections and the metro railway.

Palm Jebel Ali

Exuding the utmost exclusivity and privacy, Palm Jebel Ali in Jebel Ali Free Zone is set to become Dubai's largest island. It is being developed by the award-winning Nakheel Properties, who created the iconic Palm Jumeirah, ever popular among the city's wealthy. In December 2024, the developer announced the construction of 5-7 bedrooms luxury villas at The Frond D on the right side of Palm Jebel Ali. The starting cost of these residences is AED 18.1M (USD 4.9M).
