Why Invest in Dubai Property Market

As you can see, the property market of Dubai is an incredibly vibrant and quickly developing environment. A La Carte Villas, located in DAMAC Hills, offer investors 3- and 4-bedroom villas, where 3-bedroom units provide an ROI of 5.2%, which is the highest in the neighborhood.

As of The Valley by Emaar, right now there is no information regarding rental trends, hence it's impossible to say what the ROI might be. However, the developer is convinced that their advantageous offers will inevitably result in a relatively high ROI. It remains to be seen, how it all turns out, but the general tendency looks quite promising.

Expo Golf Villas located in Emaar South has the highest return on investment among all the projects mentioned in this list. A 3-bedroom villa provides an ROI of 9%.
