About the project
Raya is part of the gated community of Arabian Ranches III. The project is being implemented by Emaar Properties, who is the leading developer in Dubai, and offers 420 residential units with spacious layouts and state-of-the-art amenities.
Raya is planned to be completed in July 2026, and the project will consist of elegant two-storey 3–4 bedroom townhouses with living areas from 1,877 sq. ft to 2,354 sq. ft.
