About the project
Arabian Ranches III by Emaar Properties is a continuation of the successfully launched Arabian Ranches I and II communities. The complex offers 3–5 bedroom villas and townhouses divided into several clusters, among which are: Joy, Sun, Spring, Ruba, Bliss, Caya and others. Some phases are already completed and others are only just at the design stage. Each cluster forms a separate sub-community that has its own unique features with a total of more than 4,000 residential units. The living area of properties range from 1,940 sq. ft to 5,480 sq. ft.
