About the project

The St. Regis Residences is a new residential complex located in Downtown Dubai, which is the central district and the beating heart of the emirate. The project is being developed by Emaar Properties in collaboration with one of the world’s leading hotel brands — St. Regis Hotels & Resorts.

The complex is situated on the last plot of land in the district. There are two buildings: Tower 1 with 64 levels and Tower 2 with 40 levels. The project is currently under development and is scheduled for completion in December 2026.

Tower 1 will have properties that include 1–3 bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 740 sq. ft. to 1,500 sq. ft. The majority of units will have balconies that vary in size from 21 sq. ft. to 411 sq. ft. 

Tower 2 will have a total of 402 residential units, including 1–2 bedroom apartments ranging in size from 791 sq. ft. to 1,410 sq. ft. The majority of units will have one or two balconies ranging in size from 71 sq. ft. to 356 sq. ft. 

Properties will have panoramic windows featuring stunning views of Dubai’s most popular attractions, including The Dubai Fountain, Dubai Opera and the Burj Khalifa. Residences also come with one parking space.
