Haven is a new residential community, which is located in the popular and family-friendly area of Dubailand, and is the first neighbourhood in the emirate by the renowned Abu Dhabi developer, Aldar Properties. The developer is known for creating popular complexes such as Saadiyat Lagoons, Gardenia Bay and Mamsha Al Saadiyat. The estimated date of handover of Haven is expected to be in Q3 2027.
