About the project 

Saadiyat Lagoons is a residential project being developed by Aldar Properties, which is located on one of the most sought-after and picturesque locations of Saadiyat Island. The final phase of the community will consist of 206 private villas with 4–6 bedrooms, each with additional maid’s rooms. The residences will be presented in two types of design: a minimalistic design (cluster 5A) with properties ranging in size from 4,960 sq. ft to 6,420 sq. ft, and pitched roof villas (cluster 2B), varying in size from 5,020 sq. ft to 6,350 sq. ft.

The design of the individual villas are inspired by the island's landscapes, with its mangroves, extended beaches and calm blue waters. Embraced by 9,687,500 sq. ft of natural beauty, the area will be surrounded by greenery, making nature and all it has to offer, a great companion for future residents. More natural design influences will fill the villas both within the interiors and the exteriors, as the Aldar Properties developer follows sustainable development and construction, using home-grown recycled materials, along with environmentally friendly and non-toxic building paints and products. The properties are equipped with water and energy consumption saving measures, solar water heaters and reflective solar roof panels — which will all be used to ensure a sense of harmony along with the natural surroundings.

A distinctive feature of Saadiyat Lagoons will be the possibility to select between standard or premium finishes packages, available in warm and cool colour combinations, in order to customize the living space in accordance with the future owners' preferences.
