About the project

The Park View residential complex is located on Saadiyat Island, in one of Abu Dhabi's most sought-after and fastest-growing areas. The project consists of two buildings with glazed facades, that house 217 hotel apartments and 207 residences. Interested buyers can choose from contemporary studios and apartments with 1–3 bedrooms.

Park View is located on the southwestern side of Saadiyat Island, directly across from New York University Abu Dhabi. It takes no more than 10 minutes’ by car to reach the renowned museums located in the Cultural District. Here residents can visit the Louvre Abu Dhabi, which includes paintings by world famous artists. Additionally, the museum of history and culture of the UAE; Zayed National Museum, will soon be completed, along with a branch of the American Museum of Modern Art; Guggenheim Abu Dhabi.

One of Abu Dhabi's most popular sites, Saadiyat Beach, is a 6-minute drive from Park View, while the Abu Dhabi mainland, the iconic Corniche Beach, and Marina Mall can all be reached in 15–20 minutes.

Due to the easy access to the emirate's main highway, Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Highway, travel time to the neighbouring Al Reem Island and Yas Island will take no more than 20 minutes. Abu Dhabi International Airport can be reached within just 25 minutes’ by car.

Economic attractiveness

Park View is located in the freehold zone, which means that foreigners are eligible to purchase residential property with full ownership here. The owner has the right to lease, donate, sell or leave the real estate as an inheritance. In addition, on the basis of the financial investment, it is possible to obtain residency status and visas for family members.

Park View properties can become a great place for permanent living, as the resort area is within close proximity to a student campus and the cultural centre of the capital.
