About the project
The Noya Luma project is being built as part of the larger Noya community by Aldar Properties. The development comprises 189 villas with 3–5 bedrooms ranging in size from 2,023 sq. ft to 3,110 sq. ft.
Residences will feature solar panels, high-performance window glazing and insulation, LED lighting and water-saving plumbing systems. Villas will be complemented by landscaped gardens, terraces, parking spaces, maid’s rooms and storage areas.
Noya Luma is the third phase of the Noya community on Yas Island. The project will neighbour Noya Viva, Yas Acres, Waters Edge, Lea, Ansam and Mayan.

The nearest medical centres to the development are Yas Marina Circuit Medical Centre, Bioclinic Medical Centre and Burjeel Medical Centre Al Zeina.
