About the project

West Yas is a residential community situated in the western part of Yas Island. The elite real estate stretches along the beautiful coastline that is also home to natural mangroves. The complex was completed by Aldar Properties, and as of Q3 2023, the project is ready-to-move-in.

Residents of the community can quickly get to Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed St, and neighboring areas include Al Rahah and Zeraa Island. Abu Dhabi International Airport can be reached in about 15 minutes’ by car.
