About the project 

In Q1 2023, 9Yards Developments presented its first ever residential development in the form of Sea La Vie, which is located in Yas Bay on Yas Island. As of 2023, the project is under construction, and has an estimated date of completion in Q1 2026.

The luxurious four-tower mixed-use complex features a variety of stylish properties, including 1–4 bedroom apartments, one-bedroom double-level lofts, four-bedroom penthouses, as well as 2 and 4-bedroom duplexes. 

In total, there will be 605 units available for acquisition, with living areas of residences ranging from 732 sq. ft to 6,835 sq. ft. All residences will come with at least one balcony, which will overlook a stunning waterfront, and select layouts will include a maid's room.
