About the project

Water's Edge is a residential complex by Aldar Properties, located on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, just a few metres from the shore. The development consists of 13 medium height buildings with 2,262 elite residences that include modern studios from 463 sq. ft and spacious apartments with 1–3 bedrooms from 581 sq. ft. All property units have balconies and offer picturesque views of the sea canal and the island’s surroundings.

The construction of the complex is already complete and fully operational, which means stylish studios and apartments are ready to welcome new owners, and some units can also be purchased with furniture. Property units are connected to the central air conditioning system, and all residences have floor-to-ceiling windows and built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms. The interior design is finished in light soft colours with a predominance of white to compliment any style of personal furniture.

Blossom Nursery — Yas Water's Edge is located within the community, and other educational facilities located on Yas Island include Yellow Submarine Nursery — West Yas, Yas American Academy, SABIS International School and Yas School.

The nearest medical centres are Yas Marina Circuit Medical Center, Bioclinic Medical Center, and Health and life camp, which can be reached in approximately 10 minutes’ by car. 

Within a 10-minute drive from the residential complex, there are numerous entertainment facilities. Here, you can find Yas Mall, which is a large shopping centre with luxury boutiques, restaurants and a cinema. Families with children can take advantage of KidZania Abu Dhabi which is a children's educational and entertainment centre with attractions and other recreational options. There are also Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi and Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, with the world’s fastest roller coaster for thrill-seekers to enjoy. SeaWorld Abu Dhabi is also just a stone's throw from the community.
