About the project

Aldar Properties has announced the launch of the new phases of its residential project; Saadiyat Lagoons, with construction scheduled for the second quarter of 2023. Based on one of the most sought-after and picturesque locations of the Saadiyat Island, the new clusters of the community will be offered exclusively to UAE nationals.

Saadiyat Island – Clusters 5A & 2B will consist of 206 private villas with 4–6 bedrooms, each with additional maid’s rooms.
