About the project

The Water Villas complex is located on the private and ultra-exclusive Nurai Island, which consists of the most exquisite villas. The developer Zaya, is known for an array of projects, such as Zaya Hameni in Jumeirah Village Circle and Five Palm Jumeirah on Palm Jumeirah.

Water Villas was designed by the New York-based studio, Dror. The architects and designers opted for a modern style using light colours and natural materials, and the high ceilings and panoramic windows offer gorgeous views of the Arabian Gulf and the surrounding white sandy beaches.

The project includes luxury 4–6 bedroom villas ranging from a generous 10,000 sq. ft to a huge 38,685 sq. ft. Travel time from Saadiyat Island to Nurai Island takes only 10–15 minutes. On the island it is forbidden to move around by car so visitors will need to use a buggy.
