About the project

Marina Heights Towers is a premium residential complex located on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, which was created by two developers — Profile Group Properties and Tamouh Investments. The complex consists of two 43-storey towers that mirror each other. The first phase of the construction was completed in 2011 and the second phase in 2016.

Marina Heights Towers features studios and apartments with 1 to 3 bedrooms, as well as five-bedroom penthouses with private pools and several balconies. The apartments presented in the project range in size from 517 sq. ft to 2,271 sq. ft, with less than six residences located on each floor. The living area of penthouses is a huge 9,150 sq. ft. The layouts of units include open-plan living/dining rooms, fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms with premium fixtures, balconies and panoramic windows with fabulous views of the marina and the park. All properties come with a Smart Home system to control everything from the lighting to the AC.

The Marina Heights Towers complex is located in Marina Square in the western part of Al Reem Island. The area is connected to the mainland of the emirate by the Hazza' Bin Zayed The First St. and Al Matla'i St., which makes it easy to get around Abu Dhabi. Travel time to the most popular entertainment venues in the capital, such as Ferrari World, Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi or Yas Waterworld, is no more than half an hour by car.

There is a well established public transport network in the area, with the Hazzaʹ Bin Zayed St/Marina Square and Khor ʹAzeez St/Marina Square bus stops both within a 5-minute walk from the complex.
