About the project
Ocean Terrace Tower is a 43-storey waterfront tower in Marina Square on Al Reem Island. The project was developed by Mismak Properties and completed back in 2012.
There are 375 residences within the complex, which include apartments with 1–3 bedrooms, ranging in size from 872 sq. ft to 2,120 sq. ft. All residences have spacious dining and living rooms, at least two bathrooms, panoramic windows, built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms and tiled floors. Some apartments are also offered with furniture packages.
