Noya Luma is a villas community that was first launched in 2020 by Aldar Properties. The first phase of the Abu Dhabi project has proven to be extremely successful with all 510 residences sold out within the first four hours after the launch.
Following such a tremendous response from investors and end-users, Aldar Properties made a decision to launch a second phase of the project in April 2021 comprising 480 villas. Unsurprisingly within 48 hours after the announcement, the project was completely sold out, yet again. A continuous trend during the launch of both phases saw end-users and investors particularly interested in four-bedroom villas.
In May 2021, the third phase of Noya Luma was released consisting of 189 standalone villas with 3-5 bedrooms. Following the high demand for more spacious living options, Aldar has increased the average plot size so the outdoor and indoor living areas will be larger than in the previous phases. The total cost of the premium residential community is AED 940M, USD 256M.
Noya Luma is the latest addition to the property portfolio of Aldar on Yas Island. It will become a neighbour of residential projects such as Noya, Noya Viva, Yas Acres, Waters Edge, Lea, Ansam and Mayan.
The new development is available for buyers of all nationalities on a freehold basis. Residents of Noya Luma will be able to benefit from a range of world-class amenities nearby, such as a park and a resort-style pool. The community will also provide the following facilities:
