About the project
Nation Towers is a multifunctional complex located in Corniche, one of the most prestigious and comfortable areas of Abu Dhabi. The project was built by International Capital Trading LLC and was commissioned in 2013.
The complex consists of two towers that are connected by a bridge. Tower A has 65 floors and a total of 360 apartments featuring one- to five-bedroom floor plans. Tower B is occupied by office space and the St. Regis Hotel.
Apartments have ergonomic layouts and unique designs. Units vary depending on their size and configuration. One-bedroom apartments have an average size of 1,001 sq. ft. Two-bedroom apartments range in size from 1,250 sq. ft to 1,894 sq. ft, and three-bedroom apartments range in size from 2,206 sq. ft. to 2,895 sq. ft. Four-bedroom apartments range in size from 2,293 sq. ft to 2,992 sq. ft, and five-bedrooms apartments have an average size of 3,197 sq. ft.

Corniche is a prestigious area of Abu Dhabi that has a well-developed infrastructure and several promenades and beaches. Nation Towers is situated near Corniche Road, one of the most important roadways in the city.
The nearest bus stops can be reached within a five-minute walk of the towers. By public transportation, residents can travel to Al Lulu Island and Al Kasir Island within 15 minutes, and the Abu Dhabi International Airport is located within 25 minutes.
