About the project

Bloom Gardens is a development by Bloom Properties located near the Eastern Mangrove Corniche in Abu Dhabi. The complex is divided into several construction phases and includes more than 600 townhouses and villas. Bloom Gardens has been awarded several prestigious awards, including the CNBC ARABIA Award for the best development project in the UAE capital.

There are several supermarkets within walking distance of the complex, including F Mart Swift Supermarket, Blooms Garden, Al muntazah Baqala, and Safa Express Supermarket _Khalifa Park. Other shopping options include Al Seef Village Mall, which is a 15-minute walk from Bloom Gardens, and features a Carrefour Market, a variety of cafes, and restaurants.

The closest medical centres are Al Cady Medical Center L.L.C, Health Shield Medical Center, and Al Seef Clinic, which are all within a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from Bloom Gardens. It takes about the same amount of time to reach Khalifa Park. It is a lovely area to stroll around, and boasts green lawns for picnics and lots of fountains. The park is home to the Abu Dhabi History Museum and Aquarium, the Khalifa Park Library, cafes, an outdoor amphitheater and a mosque.

Bloom Gardens is located along the Eastern Mangrove Corniche. Since it is a gated community, residents are best getting around by private car. The nearest bus stops of Al Muntazah St / Twofour 54, Al Murooj St / Al Manar St and Al Muntazah St / National Transport Authority, can be reached in about 10 minutes’ and are located along Al Muntazah Street and Al Murou Street.

A 10-minute drive from the complex is one of the main attractions of Abu Dhabi — the snow-white Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, which is one of the top 6 largest mosques in the world.

Those who enjoy outdoor activities will appreciate the close proximity of Zayed Sports City, which features a variety of sports facilities that host different competitions and events. Eastern Mangrove National Park, which offers kayaking and other water sports, is a 10-minute drive away.
