About the project
Reem Hills is a huge mixed-use residential development on Al Reem Island by Q Properties which is a subsidiary of Q Holding. Overlooking man-made hills and beautiful beaches, this gated community will feature a range of villas, townhouses and apartments. The project features 5 clusters, called Coast Way, Park Valley, North Bay, Garden Homes and Beach Bay, which will house a total of 593 residential units.
The first phases of the development was launched in 2022, and offers three-bedroom townhouses, four-bedroom twin villas and 4–7 bedroom standalone villas. The total saleable area of the residences range from a compact 2,377 sq. ft to a very generous 17,435 sq. ft, whereas the minimum plot sizes are between 2,120 sq. ft–20,082 sq. ft. The premium properties have two design types called Minimal and Chic, and will be equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable living environment.
Depending on the layouts, villas and townhouses may include a family lounge, a study room, a chef's kitchen, a maid's room, a driver's room and plenty of storage space.
