About the project

Leaf Tower, also known as The Leaf or Three Leaf Mansion, is a mixed-use building on the vibrant Al Reem Island. The complex has an unusual design as the building’s shape resembles a three-leaf plant. As a result, the efficient and innovative construction provides gorgeous panoramic views of the entire island and the skyline of Abu Dhabi.

The 748-ft building has a total number of 59 floors, with two basement floors, a ground level, a five-storey podium and 51 residential floors. The development offers 1 and 2-bedroom apartments with freehold ownership, which range in size from 968 sq. ft to 1,452 sq. ft.

One of the main features of the complex is a stunning landscaped area with an international sized tennis court, a water fountain and a pool area, which includes a splash area for children and a large swimming pool for adults, connected to a jacuzzi on one side. Infrastructure

The Leaf Tower project has a strategic location in one of the emirate’s most popular destinations, called Al Reem Island. The complex is situated in the Tamouh area, which is the biggest independent developing district that covers the western, eastern and central parts of Al Reem Island. 

The mixed-use complex has easy access to the city centre of Abu Dhabi due to its location next to the Zayed the First Street bridge. Abu Dhabi International Airport can be reached within 45-50 minutes.

The area of Al Reem Island is one of the fastest-developing communities in Abu Dhabi, and provides residents of Leaf Tower with fast access to key landmarks. For example, one of the biggest mosques in the emirate — Al Aziz Mosque — is situated here, and can be reached in less than a 10-minute drive.
