About the project
Leaf Tower, also known as The Leaf or Three Leaf Mansion, is a mixed-use building on the vibrant Al Reem Island. The complex has an unusual design as the building’s shape resembles a three-leaf plant. As a result, the efficient and innovative construction provides gorgeous panoramic views of the entire island and the skyline of Abu Dhabi.
The 748-ft building has a total number of 59 floors, with two basement floors, a ground level, a five-storey podium and 51 residential floors. The development offers 1 and 2-bedroom apartments with freehold ownership, which range in size from 968 sq. ft to 1,452 sq. ft.
