About the project

Overlooking the iconic Yas Links Golf Course and Abu Dhabi’s beautiful mangroves, Yas Golf Collection is a resort-style community by Aldar Properties, located on Yas Island. The development features a total of 1,062 residential units, which are spread across five clusters. The first release features 519 properties, with living areas ranging from 452 sq. ft to 2,981 sq. ft, which are as follows:

1. Souq Furnished Apartments are fully furnished studios and one-bedroom apartments with Romeo and Juliet-style balconies, located across four buildings in the Souq District. 3.
