Nestled on Yas Island, The Sustainable City Yas Island is both an eco-conscious and a fully-sustainable mega-community by Aldar Properties in partnership with Diamond Developers. The community will consist of 10 car-free residential clusters in the community.

There will be a total of 864 residential units, which will all be powered by renewable energy and feature biodomes and solar panels.
