Arabian Ranches III by Emaar Properties is a continuation of the successfully launched Arabian Ranches I and II communities. Founded in 2019, the project is a community of 3-4 bedroom villas and townhomes divided into 6 phases: Joy, Sun, Spring, Ruba, Bliss and Caya. Arabian Ranches III is located in a very convenient location in terms of accessibility and has five separate entrances for better connectivity to some of the major highways. The different exits lead onto two streets; the Emirates Road and Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street.

Academic City and the Ranches Primary school are both a short 10-minute drive away from the complex. It is worth noting that the school recently received a "Very Good" rating from the KHDA School Inspection Results and Ratings.

Residents can visit places like IMG Worlds of Adventure theme park and Global Village shopping and entertainment park in around 10-15 minutes'.
