As mentioned before, apartment units are rare to find for rent and even more rare for sale. The rent prices for 4-bedroom townhouses and villas start around AED 175K per year, which is USD 47K. It makes a return on investment around 3.2-4.2%, which is rather promising for the big-size units. However, the spacious units assume it to be a family community to be of no interest for singles or business people. Even having an excellent location, the district does not have developed public transportation. So having your car is a must. That's why it's great that all properties offer private parking spaces up to four spots.
