About the project​

Tamouh Tower is a 32-storey commercial building with a gleaming glass facade. The development was completed in 2010 by the Tamouh Ambitions Unlimited company, which is well-known for projects such as Paragon Bay, City of Lights and Marina Square. Tamouh Tower is also home to the developer’s headquarters.

The building offers fully equipped offices for sale and to rent, with living areas varying from 283 sq. ft to 3,229 sq. ft. The purchase and rental of entire floors, which are equipped with separate corridors and elevators, bathrooms, kitchens and storage rooms, are also available in Tamouh Tower.

Tamouh Tower is located in the popular Marina Square area on Al Reem Island. The nearest bus stops include KhorAzazeez St / Marina Square and Hazzaʹ Bin Zayed St / Marina Square. Abu Dhabi International Airport can be reached within 25 minutes’ by car, which is extremely convenient for those who often have to fly on business trips for work.

Property in the project, which can be converted into office spaces or a coworking space, have a high demand among residents of the district.
