Yas Park Gate – new launch in Abu Dhabi

One of the leading Abu Dhabi developers, Aldar Properties, has introduced the Yas Park Gate development, which is part of the second phase of North Yas on Yas Island. Located on the doorstep of Yas Park, the brand new community features a collection of bespoke 2–3 bedroom townhouses and 4-bedroom villas. The construction of the development is scheduled for the beginning of 2023, while handovers are due in the first quarter of 2026

Each Yas Park Gate residence comprises 2 floors and includes a garden, a terrace, a maid's room and a garage, among other key features. At the same time, owners of the generously-sized villas will also have a private swimming pool at their full disposal on the first floor.

Aldar Properties has recently released Yas Golf Collection, which is also located on Yas Island, and has a selection of chic studios, 1–2 bedroom apartments and 2–3 bedroom duplexes at an initial cost of AED 705K (USD 192K). Future occupants will be able to take advantage of podium gardens, restaurants and cafes, a running track, multi-use sports courts and much more. It is worth noting that there are both unfurnished and furnished apartments available for purchase, the latter of which are a lucrative option for short-term rentals.
