The Source – new launch in Abu Dhabi

Aldar Properties has presented the UAE's first-of-its-kind wellness residential development called The Source, in Saadiyat Grove on Saadiyat Island. There are 200 units available for acquisition, namely 1–3 bedroom apartments at the starting price of AED 2.3M (USD 626K). Homeowners will be able to take advantage of a 2-year subscription to WHOOP, which is a digital health and fitness coach app, and the Headspace meditation app, aimed at enhancing one's well-being.

The apartments in The Source will boast bioorganic architecture, which will create an outstanding wellness environment. There are also 2 themes for interiors, which will enable you to customize your home to your own taste. Thanks to the private balconies, each apartment in the low-rise complex will offer stunning panoramic views of Saadiyat Grove.

There will be multiple unique offerings onsite, including meditation rooms, gyms, thermal suites, squash courts and plenty more. Occupants will also be able to make the most of Saadiyat Grove's 592,014 sq. ft of entertainment, leisure and retail spaces.

Last year (2022), Aldar Properties released the world's first Louvre-branded residences in Saadiyat Grove called Louvre Abu Dhabi Residences. Occupants of the art-inspired development will have privileged access to a la carte services, which include, but are not limited to a pet concierge, an art conseiller, a personal stylist, a private chef and many others.
