Solea – new launch on Saadiyat Island

In the first quarter of 2025, the Taraf development company launched the construction of a new complex — Solea. The exceptional project will be the only residential building in the community of Saadiyat Lagoons, on Saadiyat Island.

The Solea complex includes 4 low-rise buildings that offer 1-4 bedroom apartments. These residences feature interiors in warm, sunset-inspired tones. Apartments in the residential development will boast gorgeous views of Abu Dhabi’s skyline, complemented by scenic surroundings.

The minimum cost of a 1-bedroom apartment in the Solea project is AED 1.75M (USD 476K). The developer offers two payment plan options: 40/60 or 60/40.
