Plaza — new project in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi

The Reportage Properties development company presents a new project called Plaza. The residential complex includes a ground floor, six residential storeys and a roof level, with the total building area constituting 109,800 sq. ft. The estimated date of handover for this exciting project is expected to be in Q3 2025.
The total number of residential units in the building is 348, and properties are presented by studios, 1–2 bedroom apartments and 4-bedroom townhouses. Floor plan sizes of real estate in Plaza vary from a compact 355 sq. ft to a generous 2,346 sq. ft, and layouts of all residences include a balcony or a terrace. There are also staff rooms and a courtyard available in the townhouses.

Within a 10–15 minute walk, there is Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence, My City Centre Masdar and Masdar City Central Park. Travel time to Abu Dhabi International Airport takes about 10 minutes’ by car, while Yas Island and Al Raha Beach can both be reached in about a 15-minute drive.
The starting price for a residence in the Plaza complex by Reportage Properties is AED 1.5M (USD 408K). The developer also offers interested buyers several payment plans.
