In May 2024, the well-known developer Al Ain Properties announced the construction of a new project, Mangrove Village. This highly-anticipated community is located in Abu Dhabi Gate City, close to the Shangri-La and Qaryat Al Beri hotels.

Mangrove Village features a limited collection of luxury villas with 4-5 bedrooms. There are a total of three layout options to choose from, with some villas overlooking the bay and the green garden.
