Bloom Living Seville is a new development in Zayed City, Abu Dhabi

In February 2024, the well-known development company, Bloom Properties, launched the fifth phase of construction in the Bloom Living mega project - the Seville community. The complex is located in Zayed City near Zayed International Airport. Completion of construction is scheduled for early 2027.

Bloom Living Seville features a collection of 2-3 bedroom townhouses and 3-6 bedroom villas. The total area ranges in size from 1,302 sq. ft to 5,500 sq. ft. The architecture, exterior and interior of the residences are being created in a traditional Mediterranean style. The homes are decorated in milky beige tones. The semi-open-plan kitchens are fully furnished, the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and there is a walk-in closet next to the master bedroom. The starting price for a 2-bedroom townhouse is AED 1.78M (USD 484K), while a 3-bedroom villa is AED 3.57M (USD 972K). The developer offers three convenient payment plans: 50/50, 40/60, and 70/30 with a 2% discount upon delivery of the project.
