About the project
Bloom Living Seville is the fifth phase of the grandiose Bloom Living project, which occupies 23.7M sq. ft and is designed to house almost 27,000 residents. It is located near Zayed International Airport in the Zayed City area. The Seville community is being created in a Mediterranean style – every detail of the architecture, from the design of the streets to the appearance of the shops, embodies the spirit of the Spanish city of Seville. Completion of construction is scheduled for early 2027.
Bloom Living Seville features a collection of 2-3 bedroom townhouses and 3-6 bedroom villas. Their total area varies from 1,302 sq. ft to 5,500 sq. ft. The interior design is discreet and calm with Mediterranean motifs. The trim is being done in milky beige tones. A striking thematic touch was the addition of windows with unique framing.
