About the project
Six Senses Residences The Palm is an ultra-luxury development that will feature a five-star hotel with 60 gorgeous rooms and 162 sophisticated residences. This is the first Six Senses-branded project in the UAE, and it is being developed by Select Group and Emirates Strategic Investments Company (ESIC).
In total, the complex will consist of four buildings: a hotel, a residential building, and two buildings with duplexes. The development was launched in Q1 2022 and is scheduled for completion in Q4 2024.
The luxury properties will include 2–4 bedroom penthouses, royal penthouses, 3–4 bedroom duplex sky villas and 5-bedroom beachfront signature villas. There will be nine Signature Villas that all have private gardens with infinity pools, and palm-framed views of the private beach. Units range in size from a generous 2,019 sq. ft. to a colossal 26,514 sq. ft.
The buildings have undulating silhouettes, unique rooflines, and cellular facades, which are reminiscent of the natural shape and beauty of coral. Due to this distinctive design, the complex will protect and shade its occupants from the sun.

Six Senses Residences The Palm covers an area of 2.2 million sq. ft., of which 60,000 sq. ft will be dedicated to leisure spaces. Residences will be surrounded by lush leafy spaces and an abundance of upscale amenities, such as a signature rooftop bar, restaurants, library, indoor cinema, workspace and meeting rooms, and a micro farm. Sports facilities include a gym, swimming pools and running tracks. There is also a Zen garden with courtyards and walking paths, as well as dedicated beach space for everyone to enjoy.
The Six Senses brand is known for its innovative anti-ageing approach, which is reflected in the complex’s health and wellness facilities, which will include an IV lounge, Six Senses Spa, biohack room and biomarker screening.
Infrastructure
Six Senses Residences The Palm provides an extensive infrastructure, including grocery stores such as Cherry Express Minimart and Viva Supermarket Palm Jumeirah. For shopping, residents of the development can visit Nakheel Mall, with over 300 retail brands. Nakheel Mall can be reached within 5–10 minutes’ by car from the luxury development.
The residential complex is suited for families with children, due to the close proximity of several educational institutions. For example, Redwood Montessori Nursery — Golden Mile 8 Palm is situated within a short drive of the development. The nearest school is iCademy Middle East, which can be reached within a 15-minute drive.
The closest medical institutions are Live Young Sports Medicine Center Clinic and Emirates Hospital Clinics — Palm Jumeirah. Travel time to these institutions takes about a 10-minute drive.

Six Senses Residences The Palm is located in West Crescent Palm, and sits between two five-star hotels: Jumeirah Zabeel Saray and W Dubai – The Palm. There are many local gourmet restaurants and high-end bars, such as WHITE Beach Dubai, Torno Subito, Sola Jazz Lounge and Akira Back Dubai located here. The nearest attractions include Al Ittihad Park and Aquaventure Waterpark, which can both be reached in about 10–15 minutes’ by car.
Six Senses Residences The Palm boasts excellent connectivity to the mainland of Dubai thanks to the monorail. The complex is located near the Beach Road and the Sheikh Zayed Road, which both provide easy access to other parts of the city. The trunk of Palm Jumeirah is easily accessible via Palm Jumeirah Road, which can be reached within a 5-minute drive of the complex. Travel time to Dubai International Airport takes about a 30-minute drive, while Al Maktoum International Airport can be reached within 40 minutes’ by car.
