Aldar Properties' first residential project in Ras Al Khaimah

Aldar Properties is expanding its boundaries and plans to develop residential properties in Ras Al Khaimah. The first project within the emirate will be implemented in partnership with Nikki Beach Global.

One of Abu Dhabi's leading real estate developers is targeting the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. According to the Aldar Properties concept, three residential buildings will be built on Al Marjan Island.

For the implementation of the new project, the company has teamed up with Nikki Beach Global. The developer believes that the world-renowned hospitality brand is a perfect match for Aldar Properties' mission to create prestigious, booming neighbourhoods. Nikki Beach manages resort hotels, beach clubs and residences all around the world. The brand is a guarantor of the upscale, stylish lifestyle that the developer wants to deliver and emulate in its real estate.

Earlier in 2022, Aldar Properties had already acquired Rixos Bab Al Bahr and DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The new Nikki Beach Residences will allow the company to strengthen its position across the northern emirate.
