Launched back in Q4 2006, Sun Tower is part of a sizable mixed-use development that also contains Sky Tower and two of the tallest buildings in Shams Abu Dhabi the Shams Gate District, Al Reem Island. These are also the first A-grade structures delivered in this area. Initially, the entire complex was launched and developed by Sorouh Real Estate, however, as a result of the 2013 merger with Aldar Properties PJSC, it is now managed by the latter master developer.

About Sun Tower

Dedicated to solely residential spaces, the ellipse-shaped tower comprises 64 floors and its height reaches a whopping 810 ft.
