About the project

The residential project of Parkside A is located on Al Reem Island. The development is part of Parkside Residence, which consists of two 17-storey twin towers by the name of  Parkside A and Parkside B. Parkside A is located on Al Reem Island, which is a popular and rapidly developing area. The island is connected to the mainland by 2 bridges that allow quick connections to any spot within the emirate. Abu Dhabi Mall, which houses not only various boutiques, but also a cinema and a food court, is only 10-minutes’ drive away. 

Residents of the island can get around by public transport, as Abu Dhabi Bus Station is a 15-minute drive from Parkside Residence, and the E100 and E101 bus routes are connected to the mainland. The nearest bus stop is Al 'Oud St / Beach Towers.

Within a 30-minute drive, residents of Parkside Residences will be able to visit an extensive variety of recreational facilities on Yas Island, including Ferrari World Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi, SeaWorld Abu Dhabi. 

The main cultural hub of the emirate, Saadiyat Island, is about 20 minutes’ away from the complex. The area offers some world-famous museums and art galleries along with some of the best beaches in Abu Dhabi. 

Abu Dhabi International Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the residential complex.
