Oasis Residences is a complex that includes two small rise buildings on Al Reem Island, with each of the twin structures having a ground floor and seven residential storeys. The development of Oasis Residences was handed over in September 2019.

The residential complex features a mix of real estate, including 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as a limited number of 3-bedroom duplexes and sky villas across the top floors. Property sizes within the Oasis Residences range from a spacious 860 sq. ft to a very generous 5,000 sq. ft.

Properties within the development provide stunning views of the sea from the private balconies and the floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as allowing lots of natural light into the properties throughout the day. All units have fully-fitted kitchens with a microwave, stove, oven, cupboards, a fridge and a freezer, and all bedrooms come with built-in wardrobes. Three-bedroom duplexes and sky villas have the biggest floor area, which varies from 2,500 sq. ft. to 5,000 sq. ft. All bedrooms in these units have separate balconies so everyone can enjoy the views from morning until evening. The only difference in the layouts of duplexes and sky villas is that the latter properties have a rooftop terrace.

The residential complex is situated in the Shams Abu Dhabi community on Al Reem Island, which is located on the north-eastern coast of Abu Dhabi. Nearby districts comprise Al Maryah Island and Saadiyat Island, and the development is close to Al ‘Oud Street that has a bridge from Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Street, which connects Al Reem Island with the city centre. Travel time to Abu Dhabi International Airport takes about 35 minutes’ by car.

Popular landmarks on the exciting Saadiyat Island, such as Louvre Abu Dhabi Museum, Manarat Al Saadiyat and Abrahamic Family House can all be reached within 20 minutes’ by car. Eastern Mangrove National Park, which allows visitors to explore and watch the flora and fauna of wildlife, as well as paddleboarding and kayaking in the water body of the park, is about a 15-minute drive away.
