About the project

Hydra Avenue is a six-tower residential development in City of Lights on Al Reem Island, developed by Hydra Properties. The buildings range in height from 24 to 29 storeys and offer more than 2,000 property units. The project includes studios and apartments with 1–3 bedrooms. All residences have central air conditioning, built-in wardrobes and satellite TV, as well as ceramic tile floors, plastered and painted walls. 

Key advantages

The Hydra Avenue buildings are linked together by a five-storey podium featuring retail, dining, entertainment options, as well as sports facilities. Residents can go for a walk at Al Fay Park, which can be reached within a 5-minute walk from the complex.

The City of Lights district, which houses Hydra Avenue, is located in the centre of Al Reem Island. The nearby Al Reem Street provides easy access to other locations across the emirate. For those who prefer to use public transport, the Al Reem St / Al Falaq St bus stop is nearby. 

Abu Dhabi city centre can be reached in 10 minutes’ by car. The main attractions of the emirate, like Corniche Beach and Louvre Abu Dhabi, are both within a 20-minute drive. Abu Dhabi International Airport is a half-hour drive away.
