About the Project

New Emi State Tower is a high-rise residential glass complex that sits across 32 floors, and was completed in 2016. The complex offers spacious apartments with 1–3 bedrooms, with floor areas varying from 689 sq. ft to 2,800 sq. ft. It is worth noting that the residences have separate kitchens and dining areas, and apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms also have a maid’s room.

Birds Paradise Nursery, Blossom Nursery, Al Najda Branch and Playhouse Nursery are all within 5 minutes’ by car, and the nearest schools to the complex include Al-Arabi Emirati International School, EDA, Al Worood Academy Private School, GEMS Winchester School, and Summit International School. Travel time to all of these educational institutions will take no more than 10 minutes’ by car.

Next to New Emi State Tower are major shopping malls such as the World Trade Centre Mall, The Mall and Madinat Zayed Shopping Centre.

Residents will be able to visit cultural attractions such as the Cultural Foundation Centre, Qasr Al Hosn Fortress, and plenty mosques located within the immediate vicinity of the complex. Zayed Sports City, featuring large tennis courts, football fields and an ice palace is 17 minutes’ away by car, as well as one of the largest mosques in the world; Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, which is also located nearby.

Yas Island and Abu Dhabi International Airport can both be reached in 30 minutes’ by car.
