Diva at the Bay is a new residential complex with an advantageous location on Yas Island. The master developer of the upcoming project is Reportage Properties, known for its extensive array of highly successful developments across the UAE, such as Alexis Tower and Al Raha Lofts, among others. As of July 2023, the project is under construction, with the estimated date of completion expected to be in Q3 2024.
