Six Senses Residences

Six Senses Residences The Palm is an ultra-luxury development that will feature a five-star hotel with 60 rooms and 162 sophisticated residences. This is the first Six Senses-branded project in the UAE, and it is being developed by Select Group and Emirates Strategic Investments Company (ESIC). In total, the complex will consist of four buildings: a hotel, a residential building, and two buildings with duplexes. The development launched in Q1 2022 and is scheduled for completion in Q4 2024.
