The Marina Sunset Bay project consists of villas and apartment buildings. There are a total of 67 two-storey villas within the complex, which are divided into three clusters: Shore Line, Bay View and Hill Line. The floor plan area of the properties varies from 5,931 sq. ft to 9,203 sq. ft. The residences are arranged in three rows and the most spacious villas with seven bedrooms are located in close proximity to the beach.

Marina Sunset Bay is located on the shores of the Arabian Gulf, in Al Kasir. The area is connected to the mainland by King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street. The neighbouring communities are Marina Village, Corniche Road, and Al Khalidiya.

Heritage Village is a 10-minute drive away. This open-air museum recreates an ancient Bedouin village whose inhabitants used to catch fish, dive or pearls and practice agriculture.

The Louvre Abu Dhabi and Mangrove Park can both be reached in 25 minutes’ by car, while Abu Dhabi International Airport is half an hour away. It takes only 30 minutes’ to get to Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and other theme parks located on Yas Island.
