About the project

Seashore Villas is a luxury community located within 20 minutes of Abu Dhabi’s mainland. It is part of the larger Abu Dhabi Gate City coastal development and consists of 236 premium-class villas with 2–5 bedrooms. Properties range in size from 1,851 sq. ft. to 4,779 sq. ft, and the project was developed by Green Emirates Properties.

Exteriors were designed using understated brown and beige tones, and all villas have balconies with picturesque views of the park and the surrounding neighbourhood. The nearest bus stops of Al Dhannah St / Dakhnan St and Al Dhannah St / Al Zeenah St, can be reached within a 5-minute walk of the villas. Zayed Cricket Stadium and Abu Dhabi Golf Course — Garden Course are also located within a similar distance
