Sama Yas - new launch on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi's largest real estate developer, Aldar Properties, is launching a new and exciting luxurious project on Yas Island. Sama Yas will be adjacent to an expansive park, allowing residents to enjoy strolling through its shady walkways each and every day.

Sama Yas consists of three interconnected 9-storey buildings, which feature a contemporary architectural style. Sama Yas provides its future owners with luxurious amenities and services. Each building within the complex has a swimming pool for adults and children, a games club, lounge areas, mixed-use spaces, a movie theatre, a gym, and a spa. Residents can also take advantage of a concierge, maid’s services, a pet walking assistant, and much more. A range of health and leisure facilities are provided within the private Yas Park, which include jogging tracks, playgrounds, a skate park, and a variety of sports fields. Residents will be able to arrange a picnic on the community lawn, while the restaurants within the complex will serve dishes by the fabulous Chef Izu.

The developer aims to hand over Sama Yas in Q3 2027. During the initial phase of the project, the properties are available for sale with a favourable 60/40 payment plan. The price of apartments starts from AED 1.9M (USD 517K), and the down payment is just 10% of the property value.
