Great Place To Work event held in Dubai
Great Place to Work is an international research and management consulting company that ranks the best employers from more than 60 countries around the world. The award ceremony took place at the luxurious Palazzo Versace in the Al Jaddaf district in Dubai on February 15.
Great Place to Work collects and analyses information about employers using advanced research methods that provide a complete picture of the current state of each company, and identifies potential strengths and weaknesses in personnel management. Based on these results, a ranking is compiled, distinguishing top companies that have a forward-thinking approach, create a supportive work environment and encourage innovation, collaboration and personal growth.
At the event on February 15, the merits of 100 companies in three categories were recognised. Metropolitan Group is one of the top three global companies with the largest number of employees, coming in behind McDonald's UAE and DHL Express. Century Financial took home first place in the mid-size category, and Mood Rooftop Lounge led the pack for small businesses.
